Be a clown on Halloween or any time of the year. Create a clown costumes on a budget by finding something in your closet & adding a few purchased accessories. This is one costume that a trip to the thrift store will probably do the trick. You’ll be sure to find some oversized pants and a crazy shirt and maybe some large well-worn shoes.
