Cheese Monster Fingers Appetizer Recipe

We’ve all heard of finger food – but how about Monster fingers for a Halloween appetizer at your next Halloween party?
Ingredients:
- Mozzarella string cheese
- Green bell pepper
- Cream cheese
- Cut each string cheese into half.
- Hollow out a small shallow area along the top of the cheese for a fingertail.
- With a knife, carve the joint lines right below the nail and knuckle lines by carving out tiny hoizontal wedges.
- Slice a green pepper into 3/8 inch-wide strips and about 1/4 inch thick. Slice into small square shapes and stick them in the place at the ends of the fingers with small dabs of cream cheese.
Directions:
